Hi, I’m Michele!

Nice to meet you.

I’m a technical translator for French, German, and Italian with three decades of experience. In addition, I’m the founder and CEO of iXtran.net , a creative agency for multilingual communication that helps brands, business, and humans elevate their visibility and impact.

Although translations and terminologies are the focus of my main work, I’m also passionate about graphic design, visual communication, and web development.

Dealing with programming languages for the web or exploring related subjects and technologies (CSS frameworks, website usability, web accessibility, color theories, typography, and so on) is amazing, creative, and almost always fun.

Code is language; therefore, coding is quite more than just “writing software”. It also implies how to enhance the synergy of aesthetics and functionality when, for example, it comes to the interaction/communication between user and website or web application.

As a translator, I believe in the power of language. Whether it be a natural language or a formal language, it is essential to the communication and its effectiveness.
